Excellent!!!!! Fast, Friendly, Knowledgeable. I am a truck driver and it takes special skills to open a semi but my technician had it opened in less than 10 minutes and the rate was VERY low. In the past I’ve been quoted a lot more. If I ever need a locksmith again I will be calling.

These people are great at what they do! Any anytime I've ever had a problem pertaining to Locks I have taken my business here. Today I brought my truck to them because the locks on my toolbox would not accept the key any longer. One of the gentleman inside came out and lubed my locks free of charge and now they work great!

The latch repair parts that we may have needed were available. A possible solution to our latch problem was clearly explained. We followed these suggestions. The jammed latch is working without the new parts. We will keep the new parts - just in case
A year ago I bought several Masterlocks from you including a cable lock for my bicycle. After a few months the cable lock's male end could not be re-inserted. A large Masterlock wouldn't open. Both combination locks. Threw the cable lock away. But you cut thru the big lock quickly, I bought a new one just like that one. Hey, it's a Masterlock! Can't go wrong, but ... I'm sticking with Masterlock, thank you for your work.

We had them replace and upgrade all the doors in the house/garage. They were prompt, courteous, and PROFESSIONAL to a " T " Could not ask for a better job! Alonso was just great. He communicated his arrival/timing to us, as well as upgrades we needed, and what he was doing throughout the job ( 4 doors lock-sets/dead-bolts ). He tested everything thoroughly and made sure we were happy with everything. Which we ARE!

This is the fourth house we've had you guys come re-key for us and it's worth it every time! We also come to your kiosk when we need new keys made. Wal-mart and the other big box stores only seem to make keys that work about every third time, so we come to you now so I know I won't have to make 2 trips!

The guy was super efficient, nice, asked good question about the handle / upper Lock. I'm a shoes off house and he even took off his shoes when I mentioned don't walk on rugs. He explained what he did and had to adjust handle knob and realign deadbolt. Great work! :)

I had a stressful day in regards to loosing my car key, I did finally found it but felt exhausted with stress over the whole ordeal. I thought it best to stop and make an extra copy of my car key so I didn't have to go thru this stress again. Alex was very kind, patient and helpful. I was impressed with seeing how patient he was with the indecisive customer that was in front of me as well. I would certainly reccommend this establishment.
Thomas did great job trouble shooting and dismantling old door lock on Friday 11/2/2018. He took photos of lock and assembly and parts. I requested him to send them to my e-mail address (not text). His work was expert.

I came in to have a fob programmed for my car the guys weren’t sure they would be able to program it there that I may have to go to Ashland. Jose went above and beyond with his great fabulous customer service figured out that the fob computer was still good it was the button pad thy wasn’t connecting. He put the programmed chop from the old fob into the new one and I was on my way. Kudos to him and his great customer service.

Locked myself out of my gun safe and called Bear Creek Lock. I have used them in the past to re-key a truck and they had done a professional job in the time quoted and I was very pleased. Same this time around. The technician arrived on time and went right to work, 90 minutes later new keypad installed and everything worked. Cleaned up his workspace and showed me how my new keypad worked. I would recommend Bear Creek Lock and Safe for any lock work you need done.

Jose went the extra miles to get my slightly funky configurations improved when he left over when he arrived. I like to say how nice and convenient it was to have someone come to our home and fix our truck key. My husband flushed our only key down the toilet.
