Locksmith Services: House Openings
How we open houses
- In most cases we can pick the locks to get the door open, this causes no damage and is usually fast.
- If unable to pick then we can always drill out the lock which means the lock would have to be replaced.
- Some locks, such as Kwikset SmartKey cannot be picked and MUST be drilled out.
Trained Locksmiths
Our locksmiths are professional and well trained in lock picking. We're almost always able to get in without any damage.
Cost
We do not charge anything additional for picking open door locks, so the cost is usually just the service call to come out to you which is $50 for most places. Please see Cities we service for more information.
If we are unable to pick it then drilling the lock out costs about $15 and our cheapest replacement locks are $16 each.
