If you have a steel door frame then sometimes it is not possible to add the strike plate, we may need to just drill a simple hole or there are some situations where we won't be able to install it.
Double sided deadbolts:
We generally do not install double sided deadbolts due to fire exit concerns. In many business situations it may be illegal, so we recommend that you contact the Fire Marshall before having us come out to make sure they're OK with it.
