Cost:	$200 per team (Proceeds to sponsor Little League teams in Ashland, Talent, Central Point, Medford National, Mt. Ashland Babe Ruth, and Ashland American Legion baseball)
Awards:	* 1st - 4th teams receive picture / plaque * 1st place individual team picture * 15 All-Star Mugs * MVP Bags * Golden Glove * Batting Title * Home Run Title (Mens Upper and Womens)
Special Rules:	* Players may play in Upper or Lower NOT BOTH * Teams will be disqualified for using illegal players * Home team provides score keeper. Stats will be kept * A team without a score keeper can NOT be the home team * Min. 6 ft. Max. 14 ft. arc - Black Mat - third strike foul = OUT * Teams must have 9 players min. - up to 12 can bat * 15 run rule after 5 innings or 20 run rule after 4 innings * Championship game - NO RUN RULES * No new inning started after 1 hour and 30 minutes * No titanium bats or metal cleats * Free defensive substitutions, but no batting order changes * 1 courtesy runner per team per game (last out becomes runner) * No automatic out if player is injured and there are no substitutions available * Unlimited home runs in MENS UPPER and WOMENS * No home runs in Mens Lower
